An unforgettable experience at the Groesbeek Freedom Museum: Love in Wartime
Omnitapps enhances the uniqueness of the experience
The museum already had touchscreens and Omnitapps from Prestop, but additional screens were added for this special exhibition, each with its own story. For example, five small touchscreens were incorporated into the decor, filled with love stories and scans of historical documents. For example, there is a screen built into a piano, complete with sheet music, that immerses visitors in the musical atmosphere of the time. There is also a screen built into a table, telling the history of a couple in love.
The rest of the Freedom Museum also uses Prestop touchscreens with Omnitapps. Freedom Square focuses on the meaning of freedom and democracy today. There, a large screen on a tripod draws attention with information about conspiracy theories past and present.
Masterpieces not to be missed
The Freedom Museum presents a unique collection of masterpieces that bring to life the stories of love during the war. From handwritten love letters to old diaries and even wedding dresses; each object tells its own special story. It is these personal details that make the exhibition so intimate and moving. It is an experience that makes visitors' hearts beat faster.
An intimate look at wartime love
This exhibition is so special because much of the material has never been shown before. It offers an intimate look into the lives of people who managed to preserve their love despite the horrors of war. It is an exhibition that not only touches you but inspires you. A visit to the Freedom Museum is, therefore, absolutely worthwhile.
